1.Pen direct printing.

General Introduction:
This application is the most important one for Brother-Jet printers. And Brother-Jet digital flatbed printers can print 30 pcs of the pens at one time printing with the pen jig and it saved a lot of time and energy.
The process is as following:
A: Put the jigs onto the machine and fix it on the printer bed with sticker.



B: Design the artwork on the computer and put the artwork into the jigs’ frame.

C: Put all the pens on the frame which are already fixed on the machine bed.





D.Finish the printing

2.CD printing

A: Put the CD jig onto the machine’s bed and fix that with sticker.
B: Design the artworks on the computer and put the artworks onto the matching frame on the jig.
C: Put all the CD on the frame which are already fixed on the machine bed.

3.Round ball (Like golf, Ping-Pong but we can print only on small of the surface).

A: Put the jig onto the machine’s bed and fix that with sticker.
B: Design the artworks on the computer and put the artworks onto the matching frame on the jig.
C: Put all the Golf ball on the frame which are already fixed on the machine bed.
